We were in a difficult position because of a small time frame to both find and buy a house as well as a hard date for the start of a very demanding job that would not let either my wife or I continue our house search afterward. Linda found our house through word of mouth before it even came on the market. We offered the asking price with the stipulation that they accept our offer before going to market- and in the end we could not be happier with the house. The mortgage process is always a pain, but Linda was an excellent guide through the world of property ownership. Linda is an excellent listener, and knows the ins and outs of Baltimore/Baltimore county incredibly well. We ended up in a beautiful little neighborhood less than 13 minutes away from our new jobs.
